On amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay region dated May 4, 2021 No. 221 "On approval of the list of particularly important local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply of Kostanay region"
Akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
1. Make the following change to the resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay region "On approval of the list of particularly important local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply of Kostanay region" dated May 4, 2021 No. 221 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9897):
the list of particularly important local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in Kostanay region, approved by the said resolution, should be set out in a new edition according to the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Kostanay region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
