About the approval of the amount of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in the Kostanay region
In accordance with the second part of Article 38 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kostanay regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the amount of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in the Kostanay region:
1) for consumers who have metering devices of 30 tenge per one cubic meter, including value-added tax;
2) for consumers who do not have metering devices 40 tenge per one cubic meter, including value added tax.
2. This decision shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication and apply to relations that have arisen since August 16, 2021.
