About the approval of the schedule of personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities of the head and his deputy of the state institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay region" for the third quarter of 2021
In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities" dated January 12, 2007 No. 221, article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Procedures" dated November 27, 2000 No. 107 and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 4, 2002 No. 974 "On the organization of reception of individuals and legal entities in the central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I ORDER:
To approve the schedule of personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by the head of the state institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay region" and his deputies for the third quarter of 2021, according to the appendix.
I reserve control over the execution of this order.
This order comes into force from the date of signing.
