On the approval
of the Anti-Corruption Plan for 2021
State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing
and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay region"
Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Combating Corruption " dated November 18, 2015, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025" on December 26, 2014 and the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 and countering the shadow economy", I ORDER:
To approve the attached Anti-Corruption Plan for 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan) of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
The organization of work on the implementation of the Plan should be entrusted to the deputy head of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay region" Kenzhaly Ch. K.
I reserve control over the execution of this order.
The order comes into force from the date of signing.
