In the 3rd quarter of 2023, the Department received 505 appeals from individuals and legal entities.
In total, 392 applications were reviewed by State labor inspectors. Of these, 57 appeals were redirected to other state bodies for consideration according to their competence.
All appeals of citizens are considered in accordance with the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There are no facts of violations of the terms of consideration of appeals.
