Civil budget of Kostanay region for 2021-2023.
The development of the draft regional budget for 2021-2023 was carried out in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the forecast of socio-economic development and budget parameters of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2025 and the annual Messages of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan.
The relationship between the republican and regional budgets is defined in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2019 No. 275-VI ZRK "On the volume of general transfers between the republican and regional budgets, the budgets of the city of republican significance, the capital for 2020-2022".
In accordance with this Law, the amount of budget subvention transferred from the republican budget to the regional budget is set for 2020 in the amount of 140,029,261 thousand tenge, for 2021 in the amount of 135,998,777 thousand tenge, for 2022 in the amount of 133,543,226 thousand tenge.
