1. We will make every effort to ensure that the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions continues its ongoing activities for the benefit of peace and dialogue among religions, cultures and civilizations.
2. We declare that in the context of the post-pandemic development of the world and the globalization of processes and security threats, the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions plays an important role in the implementation of joint efforts to strengthen dialogue for the sake of peace and cooperation, as well as the promotion of spiritual and moral values.
3. We recognize that the negative effects of pandemics can only be overcome through joint efforts, working together and helping each other.
4. We are convinced that the unleashing of any military conflict, the creation of hotbeds of tension and confrontation has a "domino effect", which worsens international relations.
5. We believe that extremism, radicalism, terrorism and all other forms of violence and wars, whatever their motives and goals may be, have nothing to do with true religion, and must be resolutely rejected.
6. We urge national governments and authorized international organizations to provide comprehensive assistance to all religious groups and ethnic communities that have been subjected to infringement of rights and violence by extremists and terrorists, as well as as a result of wars and military conflicts.
7. We call on world leaders to abandon all aggressive and destructive rhetoric that leads to the destabilization of the world, and to stop conflicts and bloodshed in all corners of our world.

14. We welcome the progress that has been made by the world community in the fields of science, technology, medicine, industry and other fields, but at the same time we note the importance of their harmonization with spiritual, social and human values.
15. We are aware that often social problems push people to extreme views and actions, and we call on all states of the world to provide adequate living conditions for their citizens.
16. We note how people and societies that ignore the importance of spiritual values and moral guidelines are prone to losing their humanity and creativity.
17. We call on world political and business leaders to focus on overcoming disparities in the development of modern societies and reducing the gap in the well-being of different segments of the population and different countries of the world.
18. We note the positive impact of the dialogue between the leaders of world and traditional religions on the socio-political processes in states and societies that contribute to the preservation of peace.
19. We proceed from the indisputable fact that the Almighty created all people equal, regardless of their racial, religious, ethnic or other affiliation or social status, therefore respect for each other and mutual understanding are the basis of all religious preaching.
