The largest number of requests were received on the following issues: agriculture – 7, land resources – 18, issues of housing and communal services - 35. The office of the akim of the Denisovsky district received 62 appeals from individuals and legal entities in 9 months of 2023. A front office has also been established in the akimat of the Denisovsky district. For reference: The front office started its activity in March 2020. In order to implement the concept of a "Hearing State", the akimat of the Denisovsky district reconstructed the service akimat on the principle of "open space", 2 partitions were dismantled. The service akimat is equipped with all necessary furniture and equipment, access to the ESEDO database for registration and accounting of requests, telephone, fax, Internet.
