PRESENT: Service recipients , heads of the KGU " Beregovaya comprehensive school of the education department of the Beimbet Mailin district of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region" , KGU "Jubilee comprehensive school of the education department of the Beimbet Mailin district of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region ", KGU " Nagornenskaya basic school of the education department of the Beimbet Mailin district of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region ", KGKP "Kalinin nursery-kindergarten of the education department of the Beimbet Mailin district of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region ", district police inspector, employees of the akimat.

Total - 10 people.

AGENDAS:

 

  1. Report on activities in the field of public services provision for 2025 by the apparatus of the akim of the Kalininsky rural district.

Following the report, no questions were received from those present.

Following the discussion of this Report, the following recommendations were made:

  1. The specialist providing public services , D.B. Minaydarova, shall take the following measures:

- to ensure the fulfillment of the planned indicator “The share of government services provided electronically through the “electronic government portal” from the total number of services provided electronically” - in 2025 for each service is not less than 100%;

Duration: permanent.

  1. To the specialists of the Akim’s office, heads of schools and kindergartens:

-carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state

services”, approved standards and rules, and amendments to them

changes.

- provide public services within the established timeframes in accordance with standards and rules.

        Duration: permanent.

Control over the implementation of this protocol shall be assigned to the chief specialist providing public services - Minaydarova Dinara Bakhatkereevna .
