Present: service recipients , heads of KGU " Novoilinovskaya Secondary School", KGU " Pritobolskaya Basic School", KGU " Valeryanovskaya Basic School", employees of the akimat.

  1. Report on activities in the field of public services provision for 2025 of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Novoilinovsky Rural District.

  1. Specialists providing public services should take the following measures:

- take measures to reduce contacts between the service provider and the service recipient population when providing public services, ensuring the share of electronic services up to 95%;

- maintain constant control over the provision of reliable reporting information.

  1. To the specialists of the Akim’s office and school directors:

- Carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", the approved rules and amendments made to them.

- carry out work to expand the list of public services provided in a proactive and composite format.

Control over the implementation of this protocol shall be assigned to the chief specialist providing government services – Natalia Evgenievna Wolf.
