The state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" provides 1 state service – "Assignment of sports categories: athlete of the 2nd category, athlete of the 3rd category, athlete of the 1st junior category, athlete of the 2nd junior category, athlete of the 3rd junior category and qualification categories: coach of the highest qualification level of the second category, coach-teacher of the highest qualification level of the second category, coach of the average qualification level of the second category, coach-teacher of the average qualification level second category, methodologist of the highest qualification level of the second category, methodologist of the middle qualification level of the second category, instructor-athlete of the highest qualification level of the second category, sports judge" (hereinafter – public service).
In 2025, 115 (one hundred and fifteen) public services were provided.
The public service was provided through the e-government portal.
The issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".
The state service is provided in electronic and paper form in accordance with Annex 3 of the rules for awarding and depriving sports titles, categories and qualification categories, issuing badges, as well as their description.

On the Internet resource of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin https://www.gov.kz/services/3115 in the "public services" section, data on the provision of public services is updated, the rules for the provision of public services, contact information are posted.
In the state institution, stands with normative legal acts have been decorated, a responsible official, Beisengulova Z. M., has been identified for the high–quality provision of public services.
Information about the work of the state institution for the provision of public services is published annually in the mass media, the district newspaper "AIET SHAMSHYRAǴY" June 12, 2025, No. 23.
3) Activities aimed at ensuring transparency of the process of providing public services (explanatory work, seminars, meetings, interviews, etc.).
Meetings, seminars and round tables on the provision of public services for athletes and workers of physical culture and sports of the Beimbet Maylin district are held on an ongoing basis.
1) Results of optimization and automation of public service delivery processes. The results of optimization and automation of the processes of rendering public services have a positive impact on the quality of their provision. The procedure for the provision of public services is simplified, deadlines and administrative barriers in the process of providing public services are reduced.
2) Activities aimed at improving the skills of employees in the provision of public services. To improve the quality of public services, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports closely cooperates with the State Corporation.
In order to improve the quality of services provided, seminars and meetings are held on an ongoing basis at the School of Legal Knowledge.
Professional development of civil servants of a state institution is carried out on the basis of the Schedule of professional development of civil servants.
3) Regulatory and legal improvement of public service delivery processes.
The provision of public services is carried out on the basis of regulatory legal acts regulating this process:
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services" dated April 15, 2013;
- The Register of Public Services provided to Individuals and Legal Entities, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39 NK.
- Rules of assignment and deprivation of sports titles, categories and qualification categories, issuance of badges, as well as their description, approved by Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture dated July 29, 2014 No. 300.
1) Information about complaints of service recipients regarding the provision of public services.
Constant systematic work has been organized to monitor compliance with the deadlines for the provision of public services, the organization of the internal quality control system for their provision is being improved.
Since the beginning of 2025, there have been no complaints about the provision of public services.
In order to further provide service recipients with affordable and high-quality public services, explanatory work with the population on the possibilities of obtaining public services will continue in 2026.
Continue work on the qualitative explanation of the rules for the provision of public services, including the possibilities of the e-government portal.
