On amendments to the decision of the akim of the Kairankol rural district of September 29, 2011 No. 1 "On naming the constituent parts of the village of Maksut"
In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", joint resolution of the akimat of the Kostanay region dated May 24, 2017 No. 3 and the decision of the maslikhat of the Kostanay region dated May 24, 2017 No. 161 " On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Kostanay region "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 7123), akim of the Belinsky rural district R E SH I L:
To amend the decision of the akim of the Kairankol rural district of September 29, 2011 No. 1 "On naming the constituent parts of the village of Maksut" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 9-18-145) the following changes: the preamble of the said decision shall be amended as follows: “On naming the constituent parts of the village Maksut, Belinsky rural district”; in paragraph 1 of the said decision, the phrase "akim of the Kairankol rural district" shall be replaced by the phrase "akim of the Belinsky rural district"; paragraph 2 shall be deleted. The state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Belinsky rural district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure: 1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice; 2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication. 3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision. 4. This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
