On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district dated September 14, 2023 No. 233 "On approval of the regulations on state institutions of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district and the apparatuses of akims of rural districts, the village of Tobol of the Beimbeta Mailina district"

The Akimat of the Beimbeta Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. Amend the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district “On approval of the provisions on state institutions of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district and the apparatuses of akims of rural districts, the village of Tobol of the Beimbeta Mailina district” dated September 14, 2023 No. 233 the following changes:

in Appendix 4 “Regulations on the state institution “Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailina District”, approved by the said resolution:

in paragraph 15, subparagraph 6 ) shall be excluded.

  1. The State Institution “Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management “Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

3) adoption of other necessary measures arising from this resolution.

  1. Control over the implementation of the resolution shall be assigned to the head of the district akim’s office , Beimbet Mailin .
  2. This resolution shall come into effect upon expiry of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication .
