In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the joint decision of akimat of Kostanay region dated December 18, 2019 No. 5 and by the decision of maslikhat of Kostanai oblast on 18 December 2019 № 456 "On amendments to the administrative-territorial device of the Kostanay region" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8826),Governor of Kalininsky district DECIDED:

  1. To make the decision of akim of the village Anniversary of 17 November 2011 № 1 "About the naming of the streets of the village Jubilee" "On naming the streets of the village Jubilee" (published 26 Jan 2012 in the district newspaper "Mayak", registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 9-18-152) following changes:

in the preamble of this decision, the phrase "mayor of the village Jubilee" is replaced by "Governor of Kalininsky district»;

  1. state institution "Apparatus of akim of Kalinin rural district" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the mayor's office of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

  1. Control over execution of the present decision for a leave.
  2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
