The Akimat of the Beimbeta Maylin District DECIDES:
- Amend the following resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina District "On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting events for routine or major repairs of facades and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the Beimbeta Mailina District" dated April 15, 2022, No. 121 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 27723) :
The appendix to the above-mentioned resolution shall be set out in a new version in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
- The State Institution “Department of Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Beimbet Mailin District” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan ;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
- This resolution shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
