Draft resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailina district "On approval of the Rules for ensuring the return of money by owners of apartments and non-residential premises related to the repair and replacement of elevators, major repairs of an apartment building in the Beimbet Mailina district"

In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", by the order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 No. 246 "On approval of the Procedure for carrying out major repairs of the common property of a condominium facility" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 20536), the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. To approve the attached Rules for ensuring the return of money by owners of apartments and non-residential premises related to the repair and replacement of elevators, and major repairs of an apartment building in the Beimbet Mailina area.
  2. The State Institution “Department of Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Beimbet Mailin District” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan ;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to to the head of the district akim's office.
  2. This resolution shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
