On approval of tariffs for the provision of special social services in the Beimbet Mailina district for 2026

Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District of Kostanay Region dated January 9, 2026 No. 1

 This resolution shall come into force on 01.01.2026.

In accordance with Article 142 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 281 "On approval of the rules and methodology for forming tariffs for special social services", the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:

  1. To approve tariffs for the provision of special social services for 2026 in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
  2. The State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District" shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

  1. Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district, Beimbet Mailin.
  2. This resolution shall come into force on January 1, 2026.
