On the amendment to the resolution of the district akimat of September 14, 2023 No. 233 "On approval of the regulations on state institutions of the akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district and the apparatuses of akims of rural districts, the village of Tobol of the Beimbeta Mailina district"

Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District of Kostanay Region dated December 24, 2025 No. 273

The Akimat of the Beimbeta Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. To amend the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailina district "On approval of the regulations on state institutions of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailina district and the apparatuses of akims of rural districts, the village of Tobol of the Beimbet Mailina district" dated September 14, 2023 No. 233 as follows:

to Appendix 9 "Regulations on the state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District", approved by the said resolution:

 

paragraph 14 shall be supplemented with subparagraphs 10), 11), 12), 13) of the following content:

"10) takes measures to ensure the use of sports facilities of educational organizations after school hours and in the evenings in order to ensure the operation of sports sections for the population and the holding of sports events;

11) approves the state sports order for financing sports sections for children and youth within the limits of budgetary funds;

12) ensures the placement of state sports orders in sports sections for children and youth, regardless of the form of ownership of the providers of state sports orders, their departmental subordination, types and kinds;

13) ensures the implementation of all stages and procedures for the placement, quality control and targeted development of the state sports order in electronic and publicly accessible formats."

  1. The State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District" shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

3) adoption of other necessary measures arising from this resolution.

  1. Control over the implementation of the resolution shall be assigned to the head of the district akim’s office, Beimbet Mailin.
  2. This resolution shall come into force on January 22, 2026.
