On lifting restrictive
activities
In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On veterinary medicine", on the basis of the submission of the main state of the veterinary and sanitary inspector of the state institution "Territorial inspection of the Beimbet Mailin district of the Committee for veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 01-20/632 dated October 29, 2020, the akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district DECIDED:
- Remove the restrictive measures established in connection with the occurrence of brucellosis in cattle on the territory of the Kaliev Askar Urazbaevich peasant farm and Bolbat Lyubov Petrovna private farmstead, located in the village of Bogorodskoye, Novoilinovsky rural district, Beimbet Mailin district, Kostanay region.
- To recognize as invalid the decision of the Akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district "On the establishment of restrictive measures" dated June 23, 2020 No. 3 (published on June 26, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 9289 ).
- The state institution "Akim's Office of the Novoilinovsky Rural District" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice;
2) posting this decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
- I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
- This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
