On the establishment of a public easement for the joint-stock company "Aluminum of Kazakhstan"

Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District of Kostanay Region dated November 12, 2025 No. 230

In accordance with Article 17, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District DECIDES:

  1. To establish a public easement for the joint-stock company "Aluminium of Kazakhstan" for a period until September 16, 2031, on a land plot of 4,330.80 hectares located in the Beimbet Maylin district, for geological study and exploration of solid minerals.
  2. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District" shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) sending, within five calendar days from the date of signing, a copy of this resolution in the Kazakh and Russian languages in electronic form to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay Oblast for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
  2. This resolution shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
