On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district dated September 12, 2025 No. 180 "On the establishment of sanitary protection zones for anthrax burial sites on the territory of the Beimbeta Mailina district"

Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District of Kostanay Region dated November 4, 2025 No. 225

The Akimat of the Beimbeta Maylin District DECIDES:

To amend the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district "On the establishment of sanitary protection zones for anthrax burial sites on the territory of the Beimbeta Mailina district" dated September 12, 2025, No. 180, with the following amendment:

The appendix to the said resolution shall be set out in a new version in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.

The State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District" shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district, Beimbet Mailin.
This resolution shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
