About establishment public easement partnership With Limited Liability Company "Mezhregionenergotransit"

In accordance with Article 17, with subparagraph 10) of paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic Kazakhstan" Akimat district Beimbeta Maylina RESOLVES :

Interregional Energy Transit public easement term on 4 years 11 months on a land plot with an area of 1.4228 hectares, located in the Beimbeta Mailina district, for the purpose of constructing a 110 kV overhead power line with a branch to the 110 kV Taranovka substation from the 110 kV Tobol-Novoilyinovka overhead power line, a 35 kV overhead power line with a branch to the 35 kV Taranovka substation from the 35 kV Tobol-Tobolskaya overhead power line.

  1. State institution "Department land relationships Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
