In accordance with Article 17, with subparagraph 10) of paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic Kazakhstan" Akimat district Beimbeta Maylina RESOLVES :
- Install joint-stock society "Aluminum Kazakhstan" public easement for a period until April 7, 2028, on a land plot of 1,445.0 hectares located on the territory of the Belinsky rural district of the Beimbeta Maylin district, for conducting geological survey.
- State institution "Department land relationships Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
