In accordance with article 17, subsection 10) point 4 of article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government administration and self-government in the Republic Kazakhstan» akimat district Beimbeta Mailina DECIDES :
- Establish a public easement on a land plot with an area of 8.7649 hectares, located in "Uplink" limited liability partnership no territory Kalininsky rural district district Beimbeta Mylina, for the laying and operation of fiber-optic communication lines and telephone sewerage.
- Gosudarstevennomu to establish "Department" land relations akimata of Beimbeta Mailina district" in accordance with the established legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
- direction in current five calendar day then day signature copies of this resolution in Kazakh and Russian languages in electronic form to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the Law of Economic Management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the reference control bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the district akimata Beimbeta Mailina after ego official publications in Standard control bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Control yes performance present resolutions to entrust to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
- Present resolution is introduced in action by expiration ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
