AGENDA:
- Joint-Stock Company "Sokolovsko-Sarbay Mining and Processing Production Association" - requests to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years, with a preliminary area of 2.0,0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the construction of a 6 kV overhead line;
- Lyudmila E. Dergunova- requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of 0.0142 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.1000 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, 40 let Pobedy Street, house 7, apartment 1, forpersonal subsidiary farming.
Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 9) considers it possible:
- Grant to the Joint-Stock Company "Sokolovsko-Sarbay Mining and Processing Production Association" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years, with a preliminary area of 2.0,0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the construction of a 6 kV overhead line; in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to coordinate with the RSU " Tobol-Torgay Basin Inspectorate for Regulation, Protection and Use of Water Resources".
- Grant Lyudmila E. Dergunova the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of 0.0142 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.1000 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, 40 let Pobedy Street, house 7, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming.
