On recognizing as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district dated December 8, 2021 No. 295 "On approval of the Procedure for calculating the forecast volumes of income and expenses of the budgets of the village of Tobol, rural districts of the Beimbeta Mailina district"

On recognizing as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district dated December 8, 2021 No. 295 "On approval of the Procedure for calculating the forecast volumes of income and expenses of the budgets of the village of Tobol, rural districts of the Beimbeta Mailina district"

 

 

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 80 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. To declare invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Mailina district dated December 8, 2021 No. 295 "On approval of the Procedure for calculating the projected volumes of income and expenses of the budgets of the village of Tobol, rural districts of the Beimbeta Mailina district."
  2. The State Institution “Department of Economics and Finance of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District after its official publication.

  1. Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district, Beimbet Mailin.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
