The Maslikhat of Beimbet Mailin District DECIDED:
To amend the decision of the Maslikhat “On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Beimbet Mailin District” dated March 28, 2024 No. 90 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 10173-10) as follows:
Clause 4 of Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be set out in a new version:
“4. Housing assistance is defined as the difference between the amount of payment for expenses on the management of a condominium facility and the maintenance of the common property of a condominium facility, including major repairs of the common property of a condominium facility, consumption of utilities and communication services in terms of an increase in the subscription fee for a telephone connected to a telecommunications network, use of housing from the state housing stock and housing rented by a local executive body in the private housing stock, and the maximum permissible level of expenses of the service recipient for these purposes, in the amount of 5 (five) percent.
The amount of housing assistance is calculated by the service provider, in accordance with paragraph 4-1 of the Rules."
paragraph 9 of Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be set out in a new version:
Payment of housing assistance to service recipients shall be carried out by the service provider through second-tier banks, organizations that have licenses from the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations for the relevant types of banking operations, territorial divisions of the joint-stock company Kazpost by transferring the accrued amounts to the personal accounts of recipients of housing assistance."
This decision shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
