AGENDA:
- Radonov Sergey Nikolaevich- asks to grant the right of private ownership, to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1212 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.13551355 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Dostyk Street, house 204, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Tobolsk Elevator LLP- requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 6.75 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 20.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village (eastern part), for maintenance of industrial and administrative buildings;
- Uralbaev Serikbay Zhaksybayevich- requests to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 10 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0015 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Elevator Street, for the installation and maintenance of a garage;
- Вакула Галина Николаевна - просит предоставить право частной собственностиVakula Galina Nikolaevna-requests to grant the right of private ownership (for purchase) to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.00050005 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.00300030 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Maysky rural district, Mayskoye village, Tselinnaya Street, house 212, apartment 1, for servicing a retail outlet;
- Ismukhambetov Abdula Yergalievich- asks to grant the right of private ownership, to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of0167 0.0167 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.04830483 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, house 48, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 9) considers it possible:
- Grant Radonov Sergey Nikolaevich- the right of private ownership, to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1212 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.13551355 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Dostyk Street, house 204, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Refuse "Tobolsk Elevator" LLP- to grant the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 6.75 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 20.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village (eastern part), for maintenance of industrial and administrative buildings;
Foundation: In accordance with subclause 5) of clause 1 of Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, individuals and legal entities for the operation and maintenance of buildings (structures, structures) belonging to them on the right of ownership and (or) other property rights, including for the expansion and reconstruction of buildings (structures, structures) in the adjacent territory in accordance with the architectural and urban planning and (or) construction documentation approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
There is no architectural and urban planning and / or construction documentation.
- Refuse Uralbaev Serikbay Zhaksybayevich-to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 10 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0015 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Elevator Street, for the installation and maintenance of a garage;
Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan , the territory of the requested land plot is located in the general usezone, the zone of 2-6-storey buildings.
- Grant Vakula Galina Nikolaevna - the right of private ownership (for purchase) to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.00050005 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.00300030 hectares, located at the address: 212 Tselinnaya Street, apartment 1, Mayskoye village, Beimbet Mailina district, Maysky Rural District, for servicing a retail outlet;
- Grant Ismukhambetov Abdul Yergalievich- the right of private ownership, to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of0167 0.0167 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.04830483 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, house 48, for personal subsidiary farming.
