Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 9) considers it possible:

 

  1. Grant Ryabokon Lyubov Alekseevna- the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.05 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, DAEWOO-23 Street, house 1, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. Grant Mospan Lyudmila Ivanovna, Mospan Andrey Ivanovichу (citizenship of the Russian Federation), Vylegzhanina Natalia Ivanovnaе (citizenship of the Russian Federation) - the right of generalго shared temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 6 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0305 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Dostyk Street, house 81, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
  3. Grant Kovinskaya Nadezhda Yevgenyevna-the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Novoilinovka village, Shkolnaya Street, house 20, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
  4. Refuse Mitrofanova Kristina Sergeevna - to grant the right of private ownership (for purchase) to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0016 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.0023 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, 123/1, forthe operation and maintenance of the store.

  2. Refuse Bryk Svetlanae Anatolyevnae - to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0040 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Stantsionnaya Street, plot 37/10, for personal subsidiary farming.

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located in the estate development zone. According to Article 109 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all lands of settlements and rural localities are used in accordance with master plans and detailed planning and development projects. In accordance with Article 107 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, land plots for personal subsidiary farming are provided in a different zone. In accordance with Article 52 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the right of ownership of buildings (structures, structures) entails, in accordance with the procedure established by law, the right of ownership of a land plot that is occupied by these buildings (structures, structures). These rights are inseparable from each other.

Provision of land plots free of charge to private ownership for personal subsidiary farming (allotment) and individual housing construction is made after the development of land plots in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 50 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
