Kadirbayev Bakhytzhan Marsovich- requests to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1221 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. Mukaev Askar Tokymbekovich- requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years to a land plot with a preliminary area of 10 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Uvalnoye village, for arable land;
  3. Kulpeisov Almat Aktayevich- requests to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0144 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district Әйет, Ayet village, Tselinnaya Street, house 1, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
  4. Talgat Serikovich Majenov- requests to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 11 months to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.00480048 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, улица Zhenis Street, for the installation and maintenance of a garage;
  5. Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Kazhydromet" of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan - requests to grant the right of temporary short-term land use for a period of 4 years, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.20 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Novoilinovka village, below the bridge on the left bank of the Tobol River, for the construction of a hydrological a post with a hydrometric crossing.

Yuryev Andrey Vladimirovich- requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.02870287 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.08640864 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural District, Beregovoe village, улица Moskovskaya Street, house 2, for themanagement of a personal subsidiary farm;

Rudy Vladislav Yuryevich- asks to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 4 years and 11 months, to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.32 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Stantsionnaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;

Muratzhan Yarashovich Suyunbaev- requests to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.14651465 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural District, Yubileynoye village, for personal subsidiary farming;
  9. Babicheva Natalia Vladimirovna- requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.00100010 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of0048 0.0048 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, улица Zhabagy Batyr Street, house 74, apartment 18, for themanagement of a personal subsidiary farm.

 

 

Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:

 

  1. To refuse Kadirbayev Bakhytzhan Marsovich- to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1221 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural District, Yubileynoye village, for personal subsidiary farming;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located in the zone of individual housing construction. The previously requested land plot was granted to another individual.

  1. Refuse to grant Mukayev Askar Tokymbekovich the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 10 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Uvalnoye village, for arable land;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located in the area of sports grounds and cowsheds.  According to paragraph 3 of Article 26 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, land plots occupied by: haymaking lands used and intended for the needs of the population, including those located within the borders of cities of regional and district significance, settlements, rural settlements, Pastures, including those that are not provided for separate ownership and land use by citizens and non-state legal entities. including public pastures specified insubparagraph 2) of paragraph 2 of Article 13of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pastures", are not provided for private ownership and land use and are used only for the needs of the population for grazing farm animals of a personal farmstead.

  1. Refuse Kulpeisov Almat Aktayevich- to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0144 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district Әйет, Ayet village, Tselinnaya Street, house 1, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located in the zone of a 2-storey building.

  1. Refuse Маженову Талгату Сериковичу -to grant Talgat Serikovich Majenov the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 11 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.00480048 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, улица Zhenis Street, for the installation and maintenance of a garage;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located on public land.

  1. Grant to the Republican State Enterpriseию on the right of economic management "Kazhydromet" of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan- requests to grant the right of temporary short-term land use for a period of 4 years, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.20 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Novoilinovka village, below the bridge on the left bank of the Tobol River, under construction of a hydrological post with a hydrometric crossing;

Grant Andrey Vladimirovich Yuryev- the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.02870287 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of0864 0.0864 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky Rural District, Beregovoe village, улица Moskovskaya Street, house 2, for themanagement of a personal subsidiary farm;
  3. Refuse Rudy Vladislav Yuryevich-to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 4 years and 11 months, to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.32 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Stantsionnaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located on public land.

  1. Refuse to grant Muratzhan Yarashovich Suyunbayev the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1465 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural District, Yubileynoye village, for personal subsidiary farming;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located in the zone of small archetypal forms and a shopping center.

  1. Grant Natalia Babicheva the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of 0.00100010 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of0048 0.0048 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, улица Zhabagy Batyr Street, house 74, apartment 18, for themanagement of a personal subsidiary farm.
