Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 7) considers it possible:

 

  1. Grant "Tobolsk Elevator" LLP- the right of private ownership (for purchase), for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 4.0 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 20.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village (eastern part), for maintenance of industrial and administrative buildings (due to expansion, construction of a warehouse);
  2. Grant the State Institution "Akim's Office of Ayet Rural District" - the right of permanent land use for a land plot with a preliminary area of 263.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, for the maintenance of the racetrack;
  3. Refuse to grant Ushatsky Sergey Nikolaevichu- the rightsof a temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 10 months, with a preliminary area of 0.33 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Elevator Street, for the installation and maintenance of a hangar.
