  2. Fitenko Irina Viktorovna- requests to grant the right of private ownership, to an additional land plot with a preliminary area of0150 0.0150 hectares, to the existing land plot with an area of 0.15281528 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Krasnoselskoye village, Molodezhnaya Street, house 3A, for personal subsidiary farming;
  3. Lyudmila E. Dergunova- requests to grant the right of private ownership, to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of0142 0.0142 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.10001000 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, 40 let Pobedy Street, house 7, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming;

Uaisova Albina Kanatovna- requests to grant the right of temporary use (the term is not specified), to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.2525 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural District, Beregovoe village, Abaya Street, opposite 5 housea, for themanagement of a personal subsidiary farm.

 

 

Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:

 

  1. Refuse Товариществу с ограниченной ответственностью «to grant the Rudnensky Vodokanal Limited LiabilityCompany- the right of permanent land use, to a land plot with a preliminary area of 27.4592 hectaresa, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for maintenance and operation of a sludge collector.

Reason: The State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbe Mailina district" did not provide materials on the possibility of providing land plots and did not submit materials to the authorized body for consideration by the land commission in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with paragraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Annex 10 to the Rules provision of the state service " Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (auctions)" approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301" (hereinafter – Rules No. 301).

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with paragraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Annex 10 to Rules No. 301, the authorized bodies in the field of architecture and urban planning, at the location of the land plot, determine the possibility of using the requested land plot for the declared purpose in accordance with territorial zoning and submit materials to the land Commission within seven business days from the date of receipt of the application.

  1. Refuse Фитенко Иринеto grant Irina Fitenkoе the right of private ownership, to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of0150 0.0150 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.15281528 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Krasnoselskoye village, Molodezhnaya Street, house 3A, for themanagement of a personal subsidiary farm.

Reason: The State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbe Mailina district" did not provide materials on the possibility of providing land plots and did not submit materials to the authorized body for consideration by the land commission in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with paragraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Annex 10 to the Rules provision of the state service " Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (auctions)" approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301" (hereinafter – Rules No. 301).

Refuse Дергуновto grant Lyudmila Dergunova the right of private ownership, to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of0142 0.0142 hectares, to an existing plot of land with an area of 0.10001000 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, 40 let Pobedy Street, house 7, apartment 1, for Vedeniya of a personal subsidiary farm.

Reason: The State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbe Mailina district" did not provide materials on the possibility of providing land plots and did not submit materials to the authorized body for consideration by the land commission in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with paragraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Annex 10 to the Rules provision of the state service " Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (auctions)" approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301" (hereinafter – Rules No. 301).

Reason: The State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbe Mailina district" did not provide materials on the possibility of providing land plots and did not submit materials to the authorized body for consideration by the land commission in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with paragraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Annex 10 to the Rules provision of the state service " Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (auctions)" approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301" (hereinafter – Rules No. 301).
