Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:

 

  1. Refuse Республиканскому the RepublicanState учреждению Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - to grant права permanent land use rights to a land plot with a preliminary area of 22 hectaresа, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for maintenance and operation of the highway "Bypass of Rudny",

Reason: The intended purpose is not specified correctly, for the maintenance and operation of the highway "Obhod G. Rudny" is provided after the development of the land plot.

  1. Refuse Mininu Andreyu Viktorovichu-to grant праваprivate property rights, to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of 0.025025 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.018018 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Kamenny Quarry Street, house 8A, for personal subsidiary farming;

Basis: According to the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district" dated 21.07.2025 No. 02-07/469 in accordance with the General Plan - the territory of the requested land plot is located in the public area.

Refuse to grant Turganovu Zakriya Zakievichu the предоставright of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of 0.0306 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.1627 hectares, located at the address: 25 Naberezhnaya Street, Mayskoye village, Beimbet Mailina district, Maysky Rural District, for personal subsidiary farming.

Ground: The requested land plot has a structure, structures, in accordance with Article 52 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the right of ownership of buildings (structures, structures) entails, in accordance with the procedure established by law, the right of ownership of a land plot that is occupied by these buildings (structures, structures). These rights are inseparable from each other.
