- Batyrkhanov Polat Auganbayuly- requests to grant the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 10 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, house 62, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered applications and materials of cases for granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.009009 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for устройсthe construction and placement of 220 kV overhead power lines (high-voltageline), support No. 30;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.009009 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of 220 kV overhead line (high-voltage line), support No. 164;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.009009 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of 220 kV overhead line (high-voltage line), support No. 163;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.009009 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of 220 kV overhead line (high-voltage line), support No. 52;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.009009 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of 220 kV overhead line (high-voltage line), support No. 52A;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.009009 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of 220 kV overhead line (high-voltage line), support No. 29;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, on a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.029029 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of overhead lines (high-voltage line) 500 kV, support No. 771;
- Grant the Republican State Institution "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - the right of permanent land use, on a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.029029 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, for the installation and placement of overhead lines (high-voltage line) 500 kV, support No. 770;

Foundation: In accordance with the Master Plan , the territory of the requested land plot is located in the estate zoneйки.
