Draft resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district "On the establishment of sanitary protection zones for anthrax burial sites on the territory of the Beimbeta Mailina district"

In accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan                         "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 11, 2022 No. Қ R DSM-2 "On approval of the Sanitary Rules "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Sanitary Protection Zones of Facilities That Are Objects of Impact on the Environment and Human Health" the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. Establish sanitary protection zones for existing anthrax burial sites in the Beimbet-Maylin district , defined as the first hazard class with a radius of 1,000 meters in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
  2. The State Institution “ Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District after its official publication.

  1. Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district, Beimbet Mailin.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
