In accordance with sub-paragraphs 2) of article 19-1 of the Environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, the maslikhat of the Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:

  1. to Approve the attached tariffs for the collection and export of solid and household waste in the Beimbet Maylin district in accordance with the Annex.
  2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
