law on lifting restrictive
measures
In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" and by the acting head of the state institution "Territorial Inspectorate of the district of Maylin's birth of the Committee of veterinary control and supervision Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of 28 October 2020 № 01-20/628, akim of Kalininsky rural district DECIDED:
- Remove restrictive measures on brucellosis of cattle on the territory of the limited liability partnership "Viktorovskoe", located in the village of Beregovoe of the Kalininsky rural district of the Beimbet Maylin district of the Kostanay region.
- To recognize become invalid the decision of akim of Kalininsky district "On establishment of restrictive measures" dated 16 September 2020 No. 4 (published on 17 September 2020 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9455).
- State institution "akim's office of Kalininsky district" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Beimbet Maylin district akimat after its official publication.
- Control over execution of the present decision for a leave.
- This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
