Draft resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district " On the definition of types of public works and the list of organizations in which public works must be carried out"

 

 

In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 914-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. Determine the types of public works and the list of organizations in which public works must be performed in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
  2. The State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending a copy of it in electronic form in the state and Russian languages to the branch of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District after its official publication.

  1. Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district, Beimbet Mailin.

4. This resolution shall enter into force on September 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
