On the draft resolution of the Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin District "On Amending the Decision of the Maslikhat of November 6, 2023 No. 46 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing Its Amounts and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens"
The State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District" has developed a draft resolution of the Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin District "On Amending the Decision of the Maslikhat of November 6, 2023 No. 46 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing Its Amounts and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The purpose of developing this draft resolution is to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft decision was developed in accordance with the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterans", the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 16, 2024 No. 750 "On Amendments and Supplements to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 523 "On Approval of the Model Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing Its Amounts and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens".
Thus, the adoption of the draft decision is necessary for social support of certain categories of persons.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft decision was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts and on the website of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District on January 16, 2025.
