In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an auction for the sale of temporary land use rights was held in relation to a land plot in the village of Orenburskiy district of Beimbet Mailin. The auction was held on June 2, 2020 in electronic form. The winner of this lot was the farm "Takish" head Lavrik T.V. The land plot was provided for 6 years with a designated purpose for commercial purposes.

The offer was executed.

Provide measures of social support for young professionals who arrived in the district under the program

"With a diploma in the village"

Akimat of the BeimbetaMailin district is actively working to provide social support measures within the framework of the program with a "Diploma in the village", this year 302 million 214 thousand tenge have been allocated for these activities, it is planned to issue loans for the purchase or construction of housing and lifting allowances to 72 young specialists , first of all, the specialists who did not receive them in previous years will be covered by social support measures. For the period from July to September 2020, budget loans were provided to 11 specialists, the queue of specialists has been closed since last year , as of October 1, 2020, there are 7 specialists in the queue who will receive loans in October 2020 . The lifting allowance for 40 specialists was also listed , in October, lifting allowances for 13 more specialists were listed .

Work in this direction continues.

3.                            

To work out the issue of conducting competitive procedures to determine the supplier of design and estimate documentation for the construction of centralized water supply to the Sun. Krasnoselsky, rural district of Kyet

In 2020, 14 million tenge was allocated from the district budget for the development and examination of   design estimates for the project "Construction of a water supply and distribution networks in the village of Krasnoselsky district of Beimbeta Mailin". A tender was announced for the development of design and estimate documentation on February 25, 2020 for the amount of 10404.464 thousand tenge (excluding VAT). 12 potential suppliers submitted applications, according to the results of the competition, SanzharProjectService LLP became the winner , an agreement No. 22 dated 04.16.2020 was concluded with it for the amount of 9905.05 thousand tenge . Currently, work is underway to develop the design and estimate documentation for the project.

Preparation of design estimates - until November 1, 2020;

Obtaining project expertise - until December 1, 2020.

To conclude an agreement with solid waste landfills for garbage removal from the village. Әyet

At present, from April to October of this year, the single operator for garbage collection,  IP "Ramazan-2004", has concluded 300 agreements with residents of the village of Uyet. Of these, 37 apartment buildings with 393 subscribers, 5 private sector streets (Stroitelnaya, Sovkhoznaya, Vostochnaya, E. Omarova , Republic) with 70 subscribers. FE "Ramazan-2004" rents premises in the building of Kazpost .   

In 2019, the Kazakh Waste Rationing Center LLP carried out work to calculate the tariff for the collection and removal of solid waste, as well as the calculation of the rates of formation and accumulation of municipal waste in the district of B. Mailin . Currently, work is underway to agree on a regulatory legal act (NLA) on the approval of norms and tariffs for solid waste in the justice authorities.

Work in this direction continues.

At the moment, the department of housing and communal services, PT and AD of the district akimat has purchased and issued 87 road signs for the rural district of Uyet, with fasteners and pillars, the installation of signs in the district center will be carried out in accordance with the schedule. From September 30 to October 2, 2020, in the village of Ayet along the streets of Naberezhnaya, Zhabagy-Batyr, Tauelsizdik, Bolashak, Respublika, B. Mailin, Temirbaeva, in the village of Krasnoselskoye, along Komsomolskaya street, 84 road signs of the FE " Bolashak" were installed by Alin A.Zh. 3 road signs in agreement with the department of housing and communal services, PT and AD of the district akimat. The district budget allocated 0.8 million tenge for the installation of road signs .
