About modification of the resolution of akimat of March 27, 2019 No. 66 "About establishment of public easement to TransTeleCom joint-stock company"
In accordance with The decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2019 No. 29 "On renaming the Taranovsky district of Kostanay region", the akimat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:
- make the following change to the resolution of the akimat "on establishing a public easement to TransTeleCom joint-stock company "dated March 27, 2019 No. 66 (published on April 4, 2019 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered In the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 8318):
in the preamble of the specified resolution, replace the phrase "Taranovsky district" with "Beimbet Maylin district".
- State institution "management of ground relations of administration of the district of Maylin's birth" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the district.
- this resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
