On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated August 10, 2020 No. 403 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need"

In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 8, 2020 No. 554 "On amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 504 "On the approval of the Model rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need" by the Maslikhat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDED:

  1. To include in the decision of the maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of needy citizens" dated August 10, 2020 No. 403 (published on August 19, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 9382) the following changes:

in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the specified decision:

subparagraph 8) paragraph 7 in the Kazakh language shall be stated in a new edition, the text in Russian does not change;

subparagraph 2) paragraph 14 shall be excluded;

Clause 15 shall be reworded:

"fifteen. The documents are submitted in originals for verification, after which the originals of documents are returned to the applicant. "

  1. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
