On amendments to decision of akim

2012 No. 1 "On naming the streets of

 the village Yevhenivka»

In accordance with article 35 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", joint resolution of the akimat of Kostanay region dated October 31, 2019 No. 4 and decision of the maslikhat of Kostanay region dated October 31, 2019 No. 437 "On changes in the administrative and territorial structure of Kostanay region" (registered in the register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 8743), akim of Pavlovsky rural district DECIDED:

1. make the following change to the decision of the village Of yevgenovka of April 2, 2012 No. 1 "On naming streets of the village of Yevgenovka" (registered in the register of state registration of normative legal acts under the number 9-18-168, published on June 21, 2012 in the district newspaper "Mayak"):

in the preamble of this decision, replace the phrase "village of Yevgenovka" with the phrase "akim of the Pavlovsky rural district".

2. State institution "Apparatus of akim of Pavlovsky rural district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Beimbet Maylin district akimat after its official publication.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
4. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
