About establishingpublic servitude
In accordance with article 71-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, the akim of the Naberezhny rural district DECIDED: 1. Establish a public servitude for the Sokolovsko-Sarbayskoe mining and processing production association joint-stock company on a land plot with a total area of 130.3 hectares, located on the lands of the settlement of the village of Naberezhnoe, in order to conduct exploration operations.
2. The state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Naberezhny rural district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
