In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", it DECIDES:

1. To contribute to the resolution of the akimat "On approving the state educational order for pre-school education and training, the size of the parent Board for 2020" of June 24, 2020 No. 141 (published October 15, 2015 in the newspaper "Mayak", registered in the state Register of regulatory legal acts under No. 5927) as follows:

in the Annex to this decree:

2. Public institution "akim district of Maylin's birth" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

3. control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the head of the district akim's office.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
