Memo to the population on the prevention of acts of terrorism

Memo to the population
on the prevention of acts of terrorism

Be observant! Only you are able to timely detect objects and people, strangers in your entrance, yard, street.

Be carefull! Pay attention to the behavior of others, the presence of orphaned and inappropriate items.

Ensure the safety of your own home: install an iron door with an intercom in the entrance, check the closure of basements, attics and technical rooms every day.

Do not pretend that you do not notice anything with the dangerous behavior of fellow travelers in transport! You have every right to travel safely in transport. Never accept items for storage or transfer to another person, even the most secure items. Detection of a suspicious item

in a deserted place shouldn't weaken your caution. The attacker could simply leave him, frightened of something.

Even if you have personal experience with explosives , do not try to touch them. Homemade detonators can be supersensitive and highly sophisticated.

Do not approach , and even more so, do not touch a suspicious object, it could cost you your life.

Teach your children safety measures: do not talk on the street, do not get into cars and do not open the door to strangers, do not pick up abandoned toys, do not touch finds, etc.

Memo to the population
trapped in the explosion zone or under the debris of building structures
as a result of an explosive device

If you find yourself in the explosion zone , remain conscious and able to move, then first of all, you must move to a place where there is no smoke and fire.
If you were not injured in the explosion, and there are victims nearby, assess their condition: is there a pulse, is the person conscious. In no case try to revive him with ammonia. Loss of consciousness is a protective reaction of the body to external influences. Carefully feel his bones, if the victim does not have any fractures, lay him on his side. In the supine position, he can choke on vomit, on his stomach - suffocate. In case of arterial bleeding (scarlet blood, fountains), the wound must be plugged as quickly as possible with at least a finger, and then bandaged with a belt, rope, belt above the wound. If you are under the rubble of a building, try to calm down . Breathe deeply and evenly. Tune in to the rescuers to save you. Attract people's attention with your voice and thump. If you are deep under the rubble of a building, move left and right any metal object (ring, keys, etc. ) to detect you with an echo direction finder. Do not light a fire in a confined space. Conserve oxygen. Move carefully, trying not to cause a new landslide, be guided by the movement of air coming from outside. If you have the opportunity, with the help of improvised items (boards, bricks, etc.), strengthen the ceiling from collapse and wait for help. If you are thirsty, put a small pebble in your mouth and suck on it, breathing through your nose.
