On the establishment of restrictive events
In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science", on the basis of the presentation of the head of the state institution "Territorial Inspectorate of the district of Maylin's birth of the Committee of veterinary control and supervision Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated July 30, 2020 No. 01-20/403 the Governor of Kalininsky district DECIDED:
- Establish restrictive measures in connection with the occurrence of the disease brucellosis of cattle on the territory of "Viktorovskoye" LLP, located in the village of Beregovoye of the Kalininsky rural district of the Beimbet Maylin district of the Kostanay region.
- To recommend to the Republican state institution "Department of control of quality and safety of goods and services Kostanai region of the Committee of control of quality and safety of products and services of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (as agreed), state institution "Territorial Inspectorate of the district of Maylin's birth of the Committee of veterinary control and supervision Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (by agreement) to undertake the necessary veterinary and sanitary measures to meet the veterinary-sanitary well-being identified in the epizootic hearth.
- State institution "akim's office of Kalininsky district" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide: 1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice; 2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Beimbet Maylin district akimat after its official publication. 4. Control over execution of the present decision for a leave. 5. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
