On the state of work with citizens' appeals

During the period under review, local executive bodies of the Beimbet Mailin district received 146 appeals, of which: 13 appeals to the district akim’s office, 98 district akimat departments, 35 akims’ offices of rural districts, Tobol village (table below).

The office of the akim of the district received 1 complaint about the actions and inaction of officials, during the consideration of complaints, violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan were not revealed in the actions of civil servants.
About the work of the front office
As part of the implementation of the Roadmap, the location of the front office (public reception of the district akimat) was chosen to be office No. 1), which is located on the first floor near the main entrance to the akimat building. At the expense of own funds - 1.8 million tenge, in the first decade of December 2019, repair work was started, the necessary components were purchased (1 TV, 1 sofa, 1 cooler, 3 tables, 1 computer and office equipment for a self-service corner).
In the third decade, the front office began to carry out its work, on a permanent basis in the reception room of citizens, citizens are received by the akim of the district, deputies of the akim of the district, the head of the apparatus of the akim of the district and heads of state institutions. There is also a “self-service corner” in the front office, where each owner of an electronic digital signature (EDS) can independently receive the necessary service on the portal of the “Electronic Government”, if necessary, having received the necessary consultations from the specialists of the apparatus of the district akim. The front office receives applications, control over their implementation in all areas.
