Having considered the applications and materials of cases on granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by unanimous decision (total "in favor" - 7) considers it possible to:
- To grant ZemGorStroy LLP the right of temporary compensated long-term land use until January 21, 2042 for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 10.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, to place a site for shipment, storage and crushing of stone of Uvalnensky quarry;

- To refuse to grant Bainiyazova Kanzada Kalzhanovna the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for up to 5 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.01 hectare, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Severnaya Street, 143, for personal subsidiary farming;
Ground: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district" from March 27, 2024, in accordance with the general plan of Tobol settlement, the requested land plot is located in the zone of health care and social security institution - FAP.;
- To refuse to grant Shuinov Serik Erezhepovich the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 10 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.025 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Elevatornaya street, 40A, for maintenance of non-residential building;
Grounds: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district" from March 27, 2024, in accordance with the general plan of Tobol settlement, the requested land plot is located in the zone of the institution of culture, art and religion - Palace of Schoolchildren, as well as the address of the land plot specified in the application does not correspond to the title documents.;
- To grant Sereda Yuri Vasilyevich the right of private ownership of a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Novoilinovka rural district, Novoilinovka village, Kirov Street, house 98, for personal subsidiary farming;
