KGP «Taranov Forestry Institution» of the Department of Natural Resources and Regulation of Nature Management of the akimat of Kostanay region - requests to grant the right of permanent land use for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1500 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Аyet, village Аyet, forest nursery street, house 2, apartment 1, for the maintenance and operation of the office building.;
  2. Viktor Vasilyevich Yakubovich Yakubovich - requests to provide an additional land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0807 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.2204 hectares (for redemption), located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Аyet, Orenburgskoye village, Naberezhnaya street 16, for the conduct of private subsidiary farming;
  3. «GreenTerra» LLP - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years for the land plot with a total area of 20.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Baishuak, Baishuak village, Sovkhoznaya street, building 1/1, cadastral number 12-189-029-648, for operation and maintenance of potato and vegetable storage for 12,000 tons;
  4. Kostanay production branch of Joint Stock Company "KAZTRANSGAS AIMAK" - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for the land plot, total area 0.0036 ha, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Әyet, village Әyet, Zhabagy-Batyr street 115, for the installation, operation and maintenance of a gas distribution station on the gas pipeline of medium pressure;
  5. Ainagul Aidarkhanovna Moldakhmetova - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a land plot with a total area of 0.93 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Baishuak, Baishuak village, Sovkhoznaya street, for the construction of a workshop for the production of construction materials;
  6. Asambaev Ruslan Aleksandrovich - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Novoilinovka rural district, south-eastern part of Novoilinovka village for personal subsidiary farming;

Tokhtanazrov Akmal Kuldashovich - requests to provide an additional land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0086 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.1488 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Pervomayskaya street, house 12, for the conduct of private subsidiary farming;
  9. «ANARA» LLP - requests to change the intended purpose of the land plot with cadastral number 12-189-054-028, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Belinsky rural district, from the intended purpose "for farming" to the intended purpose "for agricultural production"

 

Having considered the applications and materials of cases on granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by unanimous decision (total "in favor" - 9) considers it possible to:

 

  1. To grant KGP "Taranov Forestry Institution" of the Department of Natural Resources and Regulation of Nature Management of the akimat of Kostanay region the right of permanent land use for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1500 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Аyet, village Аyet, forest nursery street, house 2, apartment 1, for maintenance and operation of the office building.;
  2. To grant to Viktor Vasilyevich Yakubovich an additional land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0807 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.2204 hectares (for redemption), located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Аyet, Orenburgskoye village, Naberezhnaya street 16, for conducting personal subsidiary farming;
  3. To grant to "GreenTerra" LLP the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years for the land plot with a total area of 20.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Baishuak, Baishuak village, Sovkhoznaya street, building 1/1, cadastral number 12-189-029-648, for the operation and maintenance of potato and vegetable storage for 12,000 tons;
  4. To refuse Moldakhmetova Ainagul Aidarkhanovna in granting the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a land plot with a total area of 0.93 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, rural district Baishuak, Baishuak village, Sovkhoznaya street, for the construction of a workshop for the production of building materials;

Grounds: according to the intended use of the requested land plot provision is carried out at tenders, auctions (Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

  1. To grant Ruslan Asambaev Ruslan Alexandrovich the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years and 11 months for a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Novoilinovka rural district, south-eastern part of Novoilinovka village, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. To grant to Natalia Vladimirovna Egorenko an additional land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0007 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.0965 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Molodezhnaya street, house 5, apartment 2, for conducting personal subsidiary farming;
  3. To provide Tokhtanazrov Akmal Kuldashovich with an additional land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0086 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.1488 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Pervomayskaya street, house 12, for conducting personal subsidiary farming;
  4. To change the purpose of the land plot with cadastral number 12-189-054-028, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, Belinsky rural district, from the purpose "for farming" to the purpose "for agricultural production" for "ANARA" LLP.
